Lynae Evans
A resident of the Spokane area for 20+ years, making her home in Medical Lake. Lynae has a passion for helping others. Lynae’s mission is to be prepared, work hard and always put the client’s needs first.
Lynae has 2 grown boys, Jordan who lives in Oregon and Joshua who is currently serving in the USAF. Her previous occupations had her working in the Medical Lake School District and in the agriculture field with Washington State Crop Improvement inspecting grain crops. Lynae loves anything outdoors whether it’s camping, fishing, hiking or just enjoying a lazy kayak ride in one of our many local lakes. If the weather pushes her indoors you can find her watching sports or playing with her dog Lulu. When it concerns her clients, Lynae believes in a philosophy of transparency. She says, “I feel creating something of value has to lead first with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together.”

Cory Swennumson
Born and raised in Spokane. What matters to Cory most is that you feel comfortable, listened to, and appreciated. Cory truly believes that the Spokane region is the perfect place to live and raise a family. Our community is there for one another and Cory takes pride on being there for you in your real estate journey. Cory is married and he and his wife Kim have two girls, Olivia and Camryn. They also have a family dog Teddy, a St. Bernard Newfoundland mix. Cory tries to stay active; You’ll find him playing softball and basketball around town, and of course his favorite, golf. Cory is ambidextrous and his greatest talent is that he can write offers with both his left and right hand.

Dawson Lack
A recent EWU graduate and a student athlete on the EWU track team achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Dawson understands how to constantly improve, compete, and manage hardships and his time. Dawson takes pride in never giving up until the job is done. Dawson has a desire to go above and beyond and you will never find him cutting corners. Dawson remains heavily into the fitness and athletic fields, and is also an avid outdoorsman, as well. We think you will find him to be hard working, fun to be around, efficient, intelligent and a phenomenal leader and member of a team. Incorporating a go-getter personality and a drive to constantly get better producing results that clients are proud of. Dawson is willing to not only take on all tasks put in front of him, but also conquer them.
